Return & Refund Policy

At PPS Elegance, we take pride in the quality and presentation of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns on eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Returns Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the order date for store credit, excluding original shipping charges.

  • Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition
  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a PPS Elegance E-Gift Card
  • Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 10–14 business days for processing

By placing an order with PPS Elegance, you agree to this Return Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Rejected or Refused Packages

If a shipment is refused or rejected at delivery, a store credit will be issued minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Unauthorized Returns

PPS Elegance reserves the right to refuse or reject returns that are:

  • Sent without authorization
  • Returned outside the allowed return window
  • Not compliant with the conditions outlined in this policy

Unauthorized or non-compliant returns may be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.

Returns & Exchanges Coverage

At checkout, customers may have the option to purchase Return & Exchange Coverage.
This optional coverage provides:

  • Free return shipping for one order
  • Coverage does not override return eligibility rules or final-sale exclusions

If coverage is not purchased, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Visit the PPS Elegance Return Portal
  2. Use the same email address used at checkout
  3. Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

Returns sent without initiation through the return portal may not be accepted.

Return Policy Guidelines

To be accepted, all returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • All original tags, packaging, and security features must remain intact and attached
  • Items must show no signs of wear, including:
    • Makeup, deodorant, or perfume residue
    • Stains, odors, or discoloration
  • Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged
  • PPS Elegance reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approval

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All jewelry, waist chains, accessories, belts, hats, and fashion accessories
  • Intimates, undergarments, bodysuits, shapewear, swimwear, and hygiene-sensitive items
  • Sale items, clearance items, and items marked “Final Sale”

For hygiene and quality control reasons, these items cannot be accepted for return.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

All PPS Elegance orders are inspected prior to shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic evidence may be required before approval
  • If confirmed, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit
  • Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for resolution

International Returns

  • International return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • PPS Elegance is not responsible for lost or delayed international returns

Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Once an order has been placed, cancellations, changes, or refunds are not guaranteed.
