Shipping Updates & Processing Times
During periods of high order volume (including holidays, promotions, and sales events), orders may take the full estimated delivery timeframe to arrive.
- Standard shipping orders typically require 1–4 business days for processing
- Priority, Express, and Overnight orders may require up to 1 business day for processing before shipment
- Once shipped, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees

Shipping Policy Guidelines
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout
PPS Elegance is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information - Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed
- Priority, Express, and Overnight orders cannot be canceled or modified due to expedited processing requirements
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Expedited Shipping Conditions
- Priority, Express, and Overnight orders must be placed before 3:00 PM (PST) to ship the same business day
- Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day
- Overnight Saturday Delivery is available only for orders placed on Friday before 3:00 PM (PST)
- Expedited shipping options may not be available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and may require additional transit time
Delivery Delays & Carrier Issues
PPS Elegance is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions or delays
- Customs processing (for international shipments)
Once an order has shipped, delivery delays are beyond our control and shipping fees cannot be reimbursed. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for real-time delivery updates.
Lost, Missing, or Marked-Delivered Packages
If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package:
- Contact the shipping carrier immediately to open a claim
- Email us with your order number and full name
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, a replacement will be issued if available. Refunds are not provided for lost shipments.
Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Packages
If a customer fails to accept delivery or retrieve a package, PPS Elegance may consider the shipment abandoned. In such cases, we reserve the right to dispose of or resell the merchandise. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Express Shipping – Signature Requirement
Certain Express shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
- If no one is available, the carrier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions
- PPS Elegance does not control delivery attempt times
- Customers are responsible for coordinating with the carrier after a missed delivery attempt
International Orders
- International shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance
